Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Delivery Estimates: UK: 7–12 business days. Europe: 10–15 business days. Rest of world: 10–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary in peak periods.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping promotions are shown on-site when active

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Allow 2–4 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties: UK orders incur no extra customs charges. International orders may be subject to import duties set by your local authority, these are the customer's responsibility.

Delays: We're not liable for carrier or customs delays outside our control, but we'll always help you track and resolve issues.

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
